                   Anatomy of Spleen 

Defination:

The spleen is a small organ inside your left rib cage, just above the stomach. It's part of the lymphatic system.

Location:

 The spleen is a fist-sized organ found in the upper left side of your abdomen, next to your stomach and behind your left ribs

Size & Weight: 

It ranges in length from 6 to 13 cm and in weight from 75 to 120 g.

Function:

 Your spleen's main function is to act as a filter for your blood.
